In the minimal speech act, three of its physical components are mandatory: 1) the speaker; 2) his speech (text); 3) the listener. It is hardly absolutely necessary in the minimal speech act to consider the concretization of the speaker and the addressee (each of them can be anyone with their own peculiarities of their linguistic consciousness and behavior). The subject of communication, as well as the situation in which communication is carried out, are not linguistic categories with their unclear essence and unpredictable functional orientation. Everything else can be done, by making the necessary generalizations, to reduce to only three compulsory components of the minimum speech act: 1) speech intention, the communicative task of the statement, the motivation of the speaker, regardless of who he and in what language speaks, to achieve a certain goal; 2) the speech itself as a kind of text, one or another statement (sentence, phrase); 3) the reaction of the listener, including verbal one. Linguistic intentions are usually carried out in different ways for the purpose of making sentences, and here are a large number of different kinds of judgments, concepts, thoughts and terms. Under the communicative task of the statement, as one of the most important linguistically significant sentence parameters as a unit of communication, is understood not only the purpose of communication, embodied in the text of a certain structure and certain content, but also the method of its implementation, not only the intention of the one who says to convey some information or find out the answer to the question, but also the means of implementing this intention (lexical material, construction phrases, intonation, etc.). Along with the term communicative task of utterance in various kinds of specialized and reference publications, there are a number of other terms that denote essentially the same phenomenon and form a kind of synonymous series with not always clearly established its limits.
